[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Delivery Delayed - Irresponsible response from call center | order number : AB609641

This is to inform you that I have ordered Puma Laptop Bag on 11th Dec 2014 from askme bazaar. The seller of the product was Khaleel enterprises. My order was confirmed and payment was made on the same day. I have spoken to Call center executive several times (around 5 to 6 times till now), I was confused with the response from them. ->few people will say, we will raise the issue with higher authorities -> few people say, order was confirmed, and product will get delivered soon, another response was i could not track the order and we don't have authority to track it. I have received one message on 23-Dec saying - ""Your order AB609641 from KHALEEL ENTERPRISE at askmebazar is confirmed for delivery", after that i called to customer support on[protected], and talked to one of your manager, who told me sir your product in ready for delivery, you will get the product within 01 or 2 days, but still i did not get my product delivered.Could any one of the authorities take this into high priority and look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Also could you please advise us for further course of action regarding delivery of the product. Please provide us the status or contact number of courier office for which my product has given for delivery. Regards, Sujeev +91 [protected]

My Order (AB609641 - Date 11-Dec 2014) was cancelled without any reason after 22 Days of order confirm, When i asked for refund they told, we have initiated and you will be getting money within 7-10 working days. But till today (16-Jan-2015), i didn't receive money back. What thing are going on in your company, you are making fool to the people.

Please refund my money ASAP, else i will be going to do some action which you will never expect.

I have again raised complain (Complain No- >[protected] today (16-Jan-2014), customer care guy told me you will get you money back with 7 Days.
