Askmebazaar — Double amount taken for damaged product | |||
This is the most pathetic experience I ever had with the online shopping. Really disgusting. I ordered one watch from ask me bazaar by online trxn (trxn ID 379176). When I got the product I paid cash on delivery. The so called fake customer care assured me that the amount will be refunded by 4-5 days, but since the last 10 days it did not happen. Each time they raise a new complaint. I also have 2 of them. (QRC339754, QRC362551). Apart from this the product was damaged and is not functioning. Nevertheless I have put the watch in the garbage bag and accepted my loss, but still hoping to get the extra amount refunded. I know this is not going to happen, but still a few hopes remaining. Looking at the posts here, did anyone of you guys got the refunded amount form this fraud Askmebazaar ? Or can anyone suggest me the bigger steps against this company ? It seems that I an setting up false expectations. These guys don't even reply to a complaint or this consumer forum complaint system is also fake ... Again .. I raised another complaint for the same.
