Dear Sir/Madam, Order ID - AB869993 Item- Mi Power bank 10400 (Xiaomi) The item is not original its duplicate. I compared this item from original which is purchased from flipkart. Item is not capable to store the power & recharge the mobile phones as specified. Kindly take the item back & return the money. I called customer care on 27 Jan 2015 and complain reference no. is[protected].
