[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Faulty Product Delivery | |||
I had ordered sports mp3 player on 7th August which got delivered to me on 14th August 2015. It was been used by me for 3 days and it was working completely fine. However, after 3 days its battery drained out and so i tried to charge it. This was when i realised its not getting charged and there's some problem with the device. Now when i launch a complaint, the executives have only 1 line to say on phone, "Complaint needs to be launched within 48 hrs and we cant help you on this." If i ask them to transfer my call to some senior executive, they say " Hes not available now." I have faced this problem on two calls. They are not ready to understand simple things and its a waste buying anything from them. I would also like to share that; On asking the executive if my player would be a waste? He's reply is "Yes".
