I placed an order AB1200363 for a lower which was not as per description. I demanded a refund the very next day i.e 27th February, I was assured that the product will be picked up and the refund will be done in maximum 10 working days. It has been more than 45 days now and NO REFUND YET. I have been calling them on regular basis and yet NO LUCK :( Below are the complaint numbers QRC142318 QRC283675
