We did place an order and made payment through Credit Card, but when product arrived, the courier person insisted on COD payment. When I called customer care, they confirmed that it is a mistake on their part and they will re-deliver the product. It has been more than 2 weeks now and it is causing a lot of inconvinience to us. Whenever I call customer care, they say that one senior person will call and complete the process but noone called so far. First of all, it is extremely difficult to get someone on customer call and then no proper response to our query. Please do the needful.
