Askmebazaar — Product Not Delivered, almost 15 days since order placed

Hi, Order Number: AB1028868 We did place an order and made payment through Credit Card, but when product arrived, the courier person insisted on COD payment. When I called customer care, they confirmed that it is a mistake on their part and they will re-deliver the product. It has been more than 2 weeks now and it is causing a lot of inconvinience to us. Whenever I call customer care, they say that one senior person will call and complete the process but noone called so far.
