[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Product not delivered even after 25+ days | |||
Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Mi Xiomi 104000 mah powerbank from askme.com on 27th April and got a confirmation mail instantly after I placed my order. Order no. AB2586185. Trusting the big brand I even made the payment online using my debit card. I was told that the product would be delivered to me within 10 days. After the 10th day i called up to enquire about my product I was told that it was dispatched and would soon reach me. As the product still did not turn up, I called up again and was told that my query for forwarded as a complaint and they will respond me in another 7 days. The complaint department called me only to tell the same story. I have not received the product yet and when I want to cancel the product refund me the money the askme people are saying they cannot cancel the order as it has already been dispatched (which is what I am hearing from 15 days) Kindly look into the matter and let me know best can be done.
