Hi,
I placed an order: AB675893 on[protected]. I waited for a week and called them, and I was informed that the order has been cancelled. Since then I have been calling them for the refund which was promised within 4-7 days. I have called them every week since then. The only reply I get is that my case will be forwarded to the concerned department and I will receive a call regarding the refund. Kindly look into the matter.
