[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Waiting for Refund for Order # AB896542 | |||
My name is Kalpen Vaghela. I have ordered xiomi's powerbank. I received a damaged product, so I return the product. The reverse pickup was done on 20th March 2015. But till today I haven't receive any amount in my bank account. Many times I talked regarding this on customer care but every time they ask me to wait for 7-10 working days. Now they are saying that my refund was processed on 22nd June 2015, but i didn't receive any amount. Customer care executive ask me to send my bank statement on [protected]@askmebazaar.com email. I send my bank statement too but still no response from their side. Now the issue is that whenever I talk to customer care they just cut my call in between. my email address is kalpen.[protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
