[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — wrong product no refund

Hi I ordered Nike shoes order number AB3484267 and they gave me a shoes which has defect and clearly not Nike it is some local barnd and stiched also. I called the customore care they said they can accept return so they are going to refund the money, but now I have another msg to return the product and then they will refund. Seriously what is going in and how to ttrust you guys what if I don't get my refund are you doing this watedly to deliver false product and then take it back and not refund the money. Plus I again checked the site the Nike product is still there why can't they replace it with correct product..?
