Hi AskMebazaar.com team, Two times I had placed order for a Microwave using my credit card and Rs.5000 Voucher that I won in Askmebazaar contest on facebook but both time order was cancelled and still even the refunds have not been processed on amex credit card. First order number is AB3221751 refund of 80 on the credit card is still pending for 4 months and for order AB[protected] Voucher and 899 is still pending. I am going to highlight on all social media and consumer court if problem is not resolved and also file a complaint with amex. Please refund this money and issue me a 5000 voucher again and ensure that this time the product ordered is delivered as this is really pathetic service. I have called over 100 times and spent more than Rs.500 on the phone calls itself but this is not going to happen.
