[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Cancel order without any pre intimation | |||||
I had placed an order from askmebazzar.com on dated 15.09.2015. Order no. was AB5252448. Immediate I made a call to Costmer care to know about the shipping details of my order and they replied that your order will be delivered at your place within 10 days. During these 10 days I didnt get any confirmation mail or sms from askmebazaar and whenever I make a call to costmer care they simply reply to me that your order has been confirmed and please wait for 10 days. After 10 days again I made a call to costmer care and they replied that your order has been cancelled due to non availability of product in store. I was totally shocked. I requested to them to refund my money and they replied that your money will be refunded within 13 days. I dont know how to believe them.
