[Resolved] Askmebazar.com — Incorrect status provided by customer care. Order cancelled without informing. Money not refunded yet. | |||||
The most pathetic service ever. I placed the order of dog food on 16 th november and followed it up after 10 days. I was asked to wait for another day . There were no updates given and then on 10th working day, today 30th of November i was told to wait till 9:30 pm. When i asked the exact status the customer care came up with the order was cancelled. I wasn't informed and nor was my money refunded. And over this the customer care refused to raise a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
