Good sir/Madam My Name is uthandaramasamy i am an indian nationality currently working in botswana. On the month of Sep 2015 the lady called sameera phone me saying that she took my details from naukri .com and she got the opening for my profile in dubai which is immediate and to confirm that i need to pay Rs45000 and i told her send me the profile and company details then i can check and pay but she told me according to her company policy we have to pay first then she will send, i managed to send the money then she just send me an job description which doesn't have any company contact numbers.. i have been patiently waiting for them to process and numerous mails and messages no much response from them and finally the lady called Nadia (who left the company) took over from sameera and promised me the same thing but nothing happened so far, then the other gentle men called Madan took over from her saying that there is an communication problem and he will sort it ut and that was on nov 2015 and until today they didn't help with the job and i told them refund my money but when ever i call them either they don't answer the call or the person is on leave or sick leave. last week Friday i spoke with the gentle men called Mr.sai krishan seems to be the director of the company and he told me he will call me Monday or Tuesday to close this case but we are ending Tuesday there was no calls or communication from them. looks like i have been cheated i want the consumer forum to help me getting my money.
