My Name is Sujata and am in look out for Insurance Jobs in Canada or Dubai and applied for various jobs in Job Portals. Looking at my profile, this company called Aspirejobz.com (http://aspirejobz.com/) approached me. A sales consultant called Rajesh Boga approached me A sales consultant called Rajesh approached me and shared a Job description for a company in Dubai (Company name not disclosed) with an attractive package. He conveyed to me that my resume need some dressing to suit the requirements of the clients & said it would cost INR 15, 000 after bargaining(reduced to INR 10, 000) for resume rewriting and end to end customer support and promised in a email that if i don’t get job in canada/Dubai within 6 months the money will be refunded. This happened on 3rd of November 2015. After the payment is done nobody even responded to my queries and after 3 weeks I visited the branch in Hyderabad. I was made to meet Mr. Madan and this salesperson Rajesh boga reverted with a redesigned resume . Afterwards i never heard from anyone. After continuous follow up, during February rajesh boga washed his hands saying i don’t manage recruitment process and my job is only sales and asked me to get in touch with the Recruitment team. The most funny part is same JD was sent to two of my friends with the same set of promises. Luckily i stopped them getting into contract with this company. I was routed to various Recruitment Managers within Aspire Jobz. (Kavya, Madan etc) i just felt like a ### in the hands of a pimp. after being alomost 4 months No interview is aligned yet. One fine day Kavya sends me email with 2 JD to confirm for further steps. I Call them on weekdays to get details about my profile and no one picks my call. A promise will always remain only as promise. Perfect example. Guys – whoever who is reading this, please be careful when dealing with this company (http://aspirejobz.com/). I feel cheated by this company. Till date i have not got a single interview aligned, neither a positive answer from them. I don’t think they managed to place anyone and just playing with the people who wanted to pursue their career abroad. Was this information helpful? |
