Asritha Homes — Caution before purchase

I brought flat at Asritha Homes apartment build by Madhusudhan Reddy and Rambhopal Reddy the builders, now I am cursing myself for the decision.

As most of the people I decided to buy flat here because of location, amenities and nearly finished look(which has not changed in last 1 year).

The builder Madhusudhan Reddy is seasoned fraud; he is cunning like a fox and probably overtakes it as well. He started venture with 1 more people(N . Venkatesh)Land Owner who let him use land for building the apartment. The apartment is going through many challenges with basic Amenities and legal issues.


This is started by Madhusudhan Reddy and Rambhopal Reddy is not even bothered to intervene or solve the problem. On contacting to resolve this issue he has clearly stayed out of it stating the issue is between flat owners and Land Owner,


BWSSB: Builder promised Cauvery Water which is not done, The apartment has already been occupied by families; Pending works like Water tank Proofing has caused lots of problem for the residents and there Health. but he decided to ignore all of them.


The above 2 issues will indicate severity of the problem. But the list does not stop there, it just is much bigger and includes poor quality work, leaking roofs and walls, unmarked car parking areas, unblocked common area between other building, Low Quality power backup and generator, Low Quality Lift, cunningly drafter registration documents, no time commitment and completely unprofessional service.

The staff is also equally bad and looks as if it is competing to keep-up with his bad qualities. Staff with little good intentions find it hard to survive here as none of the promises made as kept.

Please consider this as a word of caution before purchasing any flats constructed by Asritha, s Homes and groups Builder . If you want to have mental piece, consider not purchasing any properties build by this builder as first option. He is a classic example of what a builder should not be.

Buyers, please don't blindly fall for these people. We are educated enough, think before you invest in any real estate . Prices wont sky rocket within 6 months in any city. I don’t think now a days anybody is even buying flats . Don’t fall for these Mal practices.

They will tell that 3-4 people are already eying this flat. These are all simply to create a sense o[censored]rgency . Don’t fall in these traps.
