Hello sir,
I am a resident of an apartment in chikkallasandra, bangalore south.
Every month we get a fixed charge of rs2400 as borewell charges. Our bore well has no water since 2-3 years. As a resident of the apartment i feel this charging is not correct. Is there any procedure to remove this charge from the monthly bill. I would like know the procedure so that in a month the charge is removed....

Dear Sir,
I have been calling up to your helpline number since last 2weeks and no one is responding the call, and here i have been facing a lot of problem from last 2 weeks because of over-flow of sewage water in my house there of dirty water is leaking through the chamber.

We are causing a lot of problems from the locals here and might result in health issues.. There is lot of shrinking smell arising from it.
If I don't get a call...

Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [bwssb] — Acute water shortage in bda layout, hal 3rd stage extn area for last 2 weeks

I would like to bring to your notice that an acute water supply issue has been in place in the area mentioned in the subject. Last 2 weeks have been no supply of water in the area and we are forced to pay and get ater tanker for daily usage. I have raised the complaint for 2-3 times but the response from the ae is that there is no water to supply and hence they cant give it. However i figured other areas in the city are getting water. I request you to look into the matter and help me to get some action from the relevant authorities.

I paid water bill through bwssb online payment of rs 606 by credit card at night. Payment of 612.94 got deducted from card (Transaction#74766516139619316229116) but bwssb payement receipt not generated and bwssb collection details is not updated.

We are getting very less water supply, we had been complaining so many times and also have given a written complaint past year itself. Since the gatewall is placed before our house and the road has a slope, we don't get sufficient water to even drink. We dont even get water for 10 mins continuously also. We request you to shift the gatewall to the middle of the road at least, that is, near door number 33. Awaiting for your earliest response.

Dear sir,

Oct 2015, bbmp started laying the pipleline in maruthi nagar (Kogillu, yelhanka, bangalore). For this purpose entire tar road was digged and pipeline was laid down. After that road condition became pathetic with lots of hump and pot holes. When it rains it become slippery and become quite dangerous. I have to ride bike for commuting to my office and i have no choice left but to ride. Already i have a slip disc and doctor has advised me not to ride bike. But looks like i have no choice. So, our humble request to please lay good tar road so that life of ppl leaving in this...

We the residents of 8th block koramangala, have filed a complaint with bwssb that the water mafia is drawing excess ground water form this area and have caused the water table to go down. We had submitted a complaint in this regard on the 10th of april 2015 and till date no action has been taken against this water mafia.
We the residents of vsr layout 8th block koramangala association wish to knwo how many years it would take for the bwssb to act on the above issue....

Dear sir/madam,

We use on an average of 15 to 17 kl of water every month. We have not received water bill from January month till April. Now in may month we got the bill stating arrears of Rs. 868 and other charges. It has been mentioned that 37000 l has been used in one month and that led to increase in the water bill. I hope you will take necessary action and help out in this case.

Every month I used to receive 500 rs as borewall charge but this month bwssb has charged 2500 .when I Contacted the concerned officer he says that depending upon the HP of the motor they r charging. If its 5 HP they charge 2500 .its against the rule I would like to how much is borewall charges fr commercial purpose.From when they implemented it.it's too heavy charge....

I had given ECS mandate for the above meter.1 1/2 months back the L & T people changed the meter and after that the ECS is not getting effected. The one who took meter reading says the meter number is changed. He did not give us any bill either. Kindly look into this matter and update the new meter number and re effect the ECS. I am past 80 years and can not run behind all these all over again....

Hi,
I have been calling up to your helpline number since yesterday and no 1 is responding the call... And here in front of my house there lot of dirty water is leaking through the chamber..

So we called up to JDS leader Prabhakar and informed on the same...
But there is no use and he is useless

I understand today Sunday and it's holiday...

If I don't get a call from BWSSB on Monday to slove my issue then I will have to take call to the consumer Court...

Without shy or mercy how can you rise water rates like this. Who is going to rectify everytime. Without water how can we live.In this sequence government is marketing to come north indians to live here for money and out side indian people also.

This is to bring to your notice that the sanitary drain is blocked for the past 15 days in Ejipura, 24th F Cross. Even after repeatedly contacting BWSSB officials nobody is attending to this problem. They are seen visiting the area several times during the day, when approached they give false assurances they will come.

Please consider this matter seriously and help resolve the issue asap.

Sir/madam, as a senior citizen i have been facing a lot of problem from yesterday evening because of over flow of sewage water from the manhole in frount of our house and the sewage water is flow all over the road and causing lot of problems for the locals here and might result in health issues. There is lot of stinking smell arising from it.
As a senior cetizen i please request you to address the issue as soon as possible.

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage and contaminated (Drainage/Stinky)  water supply for last 6 months. Water supply and quality has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. Sometimes water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water. But it is very poor and stinky that we get from the tap.

Iam staying in kaggalipura of pincode 560082, kanakapura main road and we are facing water scarcity from last 3 days.
I wounder how a government organisation can be so irresponsible in needs of people

We are staying in 11/1 ranga swamy temple street 13th cross road chickpet bangalore.53
With reference to the above mentioned domestic water connection, we here by inform you that the march bill had been received more by us. This is mainly due to the error committed by the bwssb staff. Our water meter has never been checked by water meter reader since 07 months and giving false receipt for false usage and charging the way he wants.
On 16 dec 2015, i went to bangalore center-1 bwss board office and met mr. Kotekar executive engineer and explained to him, since 07 month meter reader...
