I have battery heating problem as well as battery low. Your service people informed me, your battery is out of order we replace the battery as soon as possible. Now your service centre coordinator informed me we changed new battery, but old battery label only we fixed in your new battery, this is our asus service norms. But still I am suffering with unit heating problem & battery low problem. Please let me know, If you are changing new battery, are you fixing old battery label or not?
