Asus — charger adaptor

Hey, i have purchaged asus zenfone 5 from flipkart. i ordered it on 8th october 2014 but it is deliverd to me on 14th october 2014. now the adaptor of charger is not working and when i visit the service station of asus they said the waranty of accessiory is only for 6 months and ur warnty is finsihed on 8th april 2015. but it should be upto 14th april 2015 . because i got it on 14th october 2014. so please help me. and i requested you to replace my adaptor.
