Asus — error message "unfortunately android stopped working "

Hi I had brought a new Asus Zenfone5(A501CG) in December 2014, but its getting restart automatically and shows an error message "unfortunately android stopped working " what should I do please help me out I had paid 10, 499/- didn't expect this type of service, sim slot also defected always shows install sim cards which allready present
