Asus — FAULTY LAPTOP

I bought this laptop (Notebook X553 Series, Serial Number： E9N0CV[protected] on Feb.14 2015 that is exactly 15 days from today. I am very disappointed with the machines performance, word files are slow, toggle between the screen is not at all possible as the computer gets stuck every second. The anti-virus I got pre-installed, at the time of purchase had already expired. Browsing video is next to impossible as again the machine gets hanged, Java app. not working, any new software download makes it dead. Working on Chrome is again not possible as the machine denies to work at all, the strip where web-cam is installed is very loose and makes noise. I have spoken you’re the customer care team they directed me to the service center.Service center denies picking up the call. I wrote an e-mail (Case number: WTM[protected] to the email department but the just replied with a template message that too after 48 hrs.
