I am writing to express my profound displeasure regarding an issue I am facing with my Asus TUF Gaming A15 laptop.
The device, which is only a week old, suddenly experienced an abrupt shutdown of its display while in use. In the effort to resolve this issue, I immediately took the laptop to the nearest service center in my city, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
At the service center, the technicians diagnosed the problem as a physical damage caused internally to the LED display. They suggested that I would have to bear the total cost of the repair, attributing the malfunction to my handling of the device.
I would like to highlight that this laptop is barely a week old, and I have taken the utmost care in its usage. I am certain that the damage to the display was not caused by any mishandling or irresponsibility on my part. The abrupt malfunctioning of the display seems to be a manufacturing defect rather than a result of misuse.
Considering these circumstances, I firmly believe that the company should cover all costs related to the replacement of the broken display. To ensure fair play, I welcome any thorough investigation into the condition of the laptop to rule out any potential mishandling on my part.
I am deeply disappointed that I am expected to pay for a mistake that is not my own. I am not willing to bear the cost of a defective product that malfunctioned within a week's use. I expect the company to take responsibility for the quality of its products and to provide a fair resolution to this issue.
I am looking forward to an immediate response and a swift resolution to my problem. If this issue is not addressed adequately, I will be forced to consider further actions.
