Asus India — Customer problem not solved after onsite service | |||||
I purchased an ASUS VivoBook 14 from flipkart on 10th june 2020.After two months, soon after I switch on the laptop the screen is getting freezed.The cursor is not even moving, it is stuck in one place, the keyboard also stops working.The only thing I can do with this laptop is to hold the power button for atleast 30 sec to shutdown the system forcefully.Even after restarting the system I face the same issue.I tried to reach ASUS customer care but they were unable to attend my call due to limited or poor staffs in the early pandemic days. Finally I got connected to them last month and they initiated an onsite service .After the service, I am facing the same issue with my laptop. I am a student, using the laptop only for browsing and reading pdf files.I am not a rough user too.I dont even use the laptop daily.I use laptop once or twice in a week, that too not for more than 1 hour.then why i m getting such issues on a brand new laptop. Due to your insufficient staffs I got denied my consumer rights.Now my warrenty is going to end.ASUS left my problem unsolved for months. I dont want this laptop anymore.asus is doing fraud.i need my refund or I need a replacement of the same product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
