Asus India — Extended warranty offer from Asus

Dear sir/mam
Good day
Please note that I had successfully payed for my extended warranty which was supposed to be full filled today and the expected last date of fulfilment was today that is 15.11.2021 but till now I have not received any response from your side.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and advise on the subject matter at soonest.
