Till date no solution received from the service centre, the possible reason they informed that due to non-availability of spare parts they are not capable enough to resolve the problem, but without the handset i have totally handicapped and totally facing an embarrassing situation, god knows at which date it will be get resolved, pls help me to get rid of this situation
