Asus India — non-cooperation and no active response from service centre as well as customer care regarding my problem

Unfortunately I forgot
My first time password with email to activate my mobile phone. I cannot use my mobile phone . I have to face a lot of problems ? I have created no recovery option. How can i recover my password to use the mobile phone again?
Another query related to this mobile phone : Do i have to pay any rupee for this solution to Service Centre? Please do the needful.
