I have purchased a Asus TUF Gaming F15 2023 Model from Amazon in October 2023 and after delivery in 2 days I found one Screw got loose and came out from the laptop so as a precautionary measure, I installed the same screw back and tighten all the screws but all the screws were already tight, I don't know how it came loose but ok and now in Feb, 3 Screws got missing.
Told the whole matter to Customer Care, they said they will do the needful so they first told me to upload warranty docs so i did and in evening mail came too that your warranty has been approved, but when i called Customer Care again today while I am writing this, they said it will be a Out of Warranty Case and you will be need to submit your Device at Asus Service Station & you will be needed to pay for the repair.
My Question is why should I pay for your manufacturing problems. That is your problem and you only need to fix those. Why would I pay you.
