Asus India — wrong set of phone was given to me and is not ready to replace it, though i have warranty period. | |
I bought asus zenfone m1 pro online (Flipcart) in july 2018. After 13 days it started hanging and showed worst result. I was not able to return it by flipcart due to days limit of 7_10 days. I went to asus service centre udiapur (Rajasthan, india) for its treatment. After few days of repair it again start hanging and this time it also affected my security of phone. I went to asus service centre for this. And this continued again and again. One day i was not able to use headphones with my mobile. This time its speaker were not working. The person at service centre kept it for 7 days and founded that its motherboard Was not working and also waited for piece (Motherboard) to come. He somehow repaired it. But on same evening (After 1 hour) my phone stopped working. This continued again and this time he founded that the display of my phone is not working. And company on the other hand is not ready to replace my phone even though i have waranty period. What. Should i do??? I have been looted.??? With rs13000. Was this information helpful? | |
