Asus — Laptop Display Issue | |
The laptop after 8 month of purchase, the display has gone without any external damage. I am trying to get service for about 45 days and since no acceptable response arrived yet. Once a agent of Service centre come to my location and checked it and told me it may be some internal damage caused by some outside effect, but there is no sign of damage that agent has verified. So they declined my request as it is damage caused by me. Hence my product is under warranty and after that too they are not responding. I have purchased a which is very costly for me. I trusted the brand and it worth noting now. I am a student and I am suffering from last 45 days without laptop. Was this information helpful? | |
