Asus — laptop k55vm

My laptop hasn't been repaired for a month now. And nowhere it could be found why! Everything is fine and one day, and the display suddenly goes off. And the laptop never boots again! People have bought this laptop at my referral! Dell and other companies have pick up sercice frolm my college, bits pilani. Asus - you can't even think of calling them!

Sir i am using Asus Zenfone 4 and the speaker of this not degraded and MIC is also not working well. my all friends complaint me that your voice is not clear and their voice is also not clear.
