I have bought Asus phone on may 2015. now it's socket is not working. i wandering to asus customer care since last 15 days. and now they demand directly 7000 rupee to repair my phone. my phone's cost was 9600 and it is still under warrenty.

i want to say that my phone doesn't get any physical damage and there is no liquid damage from my side as they said there is liquid damage.
