Asus — Part not available for more than a month now

I submitted my phone due to speaker problem in Asus service center on 18.09.2015, according to the site the problem was to be resolved on the 28.07.2015. The several times I contacted the service center and Customer care the only thing they told me was to wait as parts were not available.After several attempts finally they told me the the part would be dispatched on 7th Oct which obviously didn't and today they say no further information can be provided. This amount o[censored]ncertainty and speculation its highly disturbing. If getting a part part takes so long I WANT A REPLACEMENT.. I want a solution as soon as possible. RMA No.: INXK590485
