Asus — Unable to get back to school offer after making payment

Dear sir, I have Purchased an laptop of asus . On that time i have submitted the money to get the items which are available in back to school offer. Till now i haven't received any items from asus. I have contacted to the contact no. given in the email id, but no response. Please educated me in this matter.
