I had made a payment at the link http://www.jnujprdistance.com/fees.aspx for Rs. 13, 000/- When i didnt get the message for a successful transaction, i proceeded for a second transaction in the same link as it was the semester fees and urgent. In the second time also I didnt get a successful transaction message from the merchant site. And it was not due to internet connectivity at my residence. Later I came to know that the amount has been debited twice. Now the merchant as well as the bank refuses to do the needful. I want one transaction to be reverted. Please help.
