Atom Technologies Ltd — purchased online homeo medicine but not received the medicine nor the amount returned back

I purchased a homeo medicine through the web portal homeomart.com on 20 may 2018. But till date i have not received the medicine nor the amount returned back. After purchasing online a mail was sent from team razorpay showing "payment successful - indibuy". Payment id is : pay_adlr0dmm6ymmuz

I am sending the screen shot of the mail and bank account debit. Please help.
