Dear, sir/madam.
We bag to say that our edc machine provided by your company on behalf of kotak mahindra bank. With tid number 79232418 is not working at all since[protected].
We have called your help desk regarding this problem thrice. Our last complaint number is chld [protected], we are sorry to say that is 7 days now our issue is not solved. Our daily business is suffering of this.
Please sent your technical team as soon as possible to make our issue solved or change the old edc machine with new.
We hope that you will take concern of our complaint.
