Had ordered for best compliment card worth rs 10000/- through net banking (Crn 18xxx7821) on 8th july 2016. Got the card delivered on 15th july 2016. When we checked the card balance before using it for shopping the card had a balance of rs 2000/-. When contacted the customer care, they revealed that the card was issued only for rs 2000/-. But my account was debited with rs 10115/- including service tax. Followed with customer care for a week nothing happened. On thursday 21st july 2016 spoke to mr. Pradeep challan and he accepted the mistake from kotak bank and assured that the matter will be resolved...

Thanks for not taking any action against the concern i had raised ‪#‎kotak‬. Finally you guys won and charged me with 6 times of my credit card bill. But the way and the language used by your recovery agents was quite pathetic, please try to hire some literate people if possible so that they can manage to talk in a good way with the customers and don't end up by making wrong stories about people. We could have communicated in a good way, just by talking to the legal amount i had to pay. What was the need of involving my family into it and abusing them like anything....

I have applied to close my salary account on june 15th, 2016, i have submitted unused cheques and debit card. My savings/salary account is still open. The kotak bank representative to whom i have submitted application is not doing anything, saying will check and now he's not responding to calls also. Can you please do the need full.

I have spoken about the following issue with kotak customer service team and they have asked me to write to this email address stating i will receive solution from you within 24 hours.
My crn number is 99035016 and i have moved to london on 27th of june.
Since i have been here i am unable to access kotak bank mobile app and website, i have attached mobile banking screenshot and pasted webpage screenshot with error mentioned in the email i had sent to service. bank@kotak.com on 13th july but have not received any revert...

Hi,
I want to share my worst experience witj kotak mahindra bank. There were two transaction failure from kotak atm on 10th of july. I registered complaint on the same day, they told me that the fund will be retuned within 7 working days. It 12th day today but i have not received my fund.

There were two transaction failure one of 20k and another of 15k.
I have calling customer care everyday but hearing same ans.. 'complaint is in progress, '.

This complain is regarding credit card bill issue. First they added a late payment fee of 500 where i paid within the given time frame. I mailed them and they told the late payment was waive. Again in the next month the late payment was added with the late payment of current month. I already paid all the bills with given time frame. I have the transaction number and snapshots also. They are saying me to pay again those late payment fees. Also they are neither replying to mail properly or attending any calls. Money used to deduct from mobile but they never used to respond. I have been tryin to ope for the net banking view services from your brabourne road branch and this thing i am trying since 5 months.

The story is like this : -

I was paying my emi through icici bank and after certain period they came back with cheque bounce charges whereas sufficient balance was there in my icici bank account. They give u an email to write ur complaint but they never reply one of the worst bank, don't open an account with kotak mahindra u will be very disappointed., 3rd class bank they will be in touch with you to open up an account with them, once u open up account with them, then u will never hear for them., please choose another bank instead of kotak mahindra. I would like to bring to your notice the fraudulent practices of the kotak mahindra bank. off late, a transaction has been made through my credit card. and certainly, i haven't made it. i tried reaching out to the bank for the details. but the poor responsiveness of the bank hasn't left me with any option but file a complaint against them. they have neither paid heed to my emails/phone calls nor my request to deactivate my credit card. the bank has multiple hidden charges and constantly harasses its customers. there is no body to reach out to. the money of the customers...

We (chetanshi nene & peyush nene) have opened 18 fds of rs.1 lakh each with ing vyasa bank [sb a/c: 524010256453]. we have received all fds in hard form, in which maturity amount each fd: rs.1, 20, 061.20 is clearly mentioned (copy attached "one fd chetansh nene. pdf").in total rs. 21, 61, 101.60 for 18 fds.

I have applied for a personal loan with kotak mahindra bank, loan process was super fast until they collect all the documents from the customer. After that for the payment we have to run behind them.

They don't even check emails. I used to call the person who collected the documents and after some point of time he has given another guy's number. Like that i have got 4 different number. Nobody responses. I has been a month time and i have signed in their loan agreement and given 9 cheque leaves and not got the money yet....

The merchant at lenevo shop nehru place delhi, swipe my debit card to deduct 21, 900 from my account on date 14 july 2016, the transaction status shown declined at merchant side, but when swiped again i got message that transaction is declined due to insufficient balance means there was deduction from first transaction.

Now shop owner is saying that they have no amount received in their merchant account.

I urgently needed a check book however i couldn't do that due to not having my current address updated on the account. I submitted my address change request on 12-jul-2016 12:48:26 pm and i was informed that it would take four days to update the records which i understand. However, i was not provided a reference number for the application thinking that a notification would be sent through email or sms which did not happen. I am writing this email after getting frustrated with the kotak customer care service about my reported issue. It has been more than a month my money was deducted through three unsuccessful transaction to redbus\ebus and there has been no action over it. Redbus\ebus has denied any transaction happening into their account.
