HIii, One Unauthorized transaction has been done through Kotak Bank Credit Card and amount is Rs.4000 (Approx.). My Credit Card No.# 5437-0561-0066-4717 and Service Request No:1 3656293661. As per kotak team, This is secure transaction and OTP also has been generated but actual that i did not get any OTP when this transaction has been done and also i did not get any Email or SMS regarding this transaction. Dear Sir, I would like to inform that on dated 14.06.15.I have used my ATM of KOtak bank in Oriental bank ATM at phase-II, noida my money 10000/-not dispensed but debited from a/c.I have complaint to Kotak bank on same date(Comp. ref no.1-3608417561) and money was credited on dated-22.06.15 and then again money was debited from my a/c on dated 24.06.15 then again I have complaint to bank but no response get till the time and my money 10000/- also not credit in my a/c (Comp. 1-3628000179, date-26.06.15 & 1-3642060566, date-06.07.15). Hi I am PRANAV ARORA Account no 8211523127 would like to file a complaint for the non receiving of my lost debit card. I lost my debit card on 4th of June and its been more than a month i have not yet received it due to the casual nature of the bank officials. Every third I called the Customer Care and they every time raised a new request delaying to another 24 to 48 working hours.Really poor and pathetic service by Kotak Mahindra Bank. They couldn't even process and deliver the debit card within the timeline....

I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank which is also a zero balance account. But an amount for Rs. 1500 approximately was deducted without informing. And when i had a word with the attendant of my home branch, they did not give an answer to this. Now they say your account was not a zero balance account which is absurd. Please help me with this....

Credit Cards are more secure now. If a person has to transact through credit card, he has to provide some 6 digit pin, One time password, or security password. But what if bank itself provide access to your account and credit cards to third party private companies which can directly charge on credit cards without knowledge of the owner of the card. Kotak Mahindra bank is providing access for credit cards to "OneAssist.in" which is not a banks unit. One Assist is directly charging on customers credit cards without their knowledge. Recently I called customer care and they updated that 900 is due I need to pay for closure of the account. CLOSURE LETTER OF YOUR RBS/ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD-0005415382323619890 CIBIL got updated by the payment but still due is shown in the CEBIL report. Could you please update me do I need to pay any amount still? What is the issue in closing the account and update the same to CIBIL? I am trying to close this for last 4 months but still the due is not cleared.Please let me know what needs to be done from my side for complete closure of the account and update the same in CIBIL....

1200/- deducted from my account for three months APRIL May and June 2015. No information and also when contacted they are saying mim. amount not maintained. they can deduct every month rather than waiting for 1 year and then deducting.. FRAUD BANK....

Hi Sir, I opted for kotak mahindra salary bank account in Noida working for bhavna corp, while opening the account it was told that it is a zero balance account, never told about min balance. I joined New company and got HDFC salary account. Even my salary stopped crediting, Never communicated regarding MinBalance (TBMS) deduction. Today in Bank, I came to know that these deductions are happening from Aug onwards and you have deducted more than 9500 from my account. This is my hardly earned money.I have used other sal account ING VYSA and HDFC, never faced any issue like this, really dissapoited...
