Atul Kumar Srivastava — Regarding refund of grocerry item which was not delivered

I have make an on order on 17.05.2025 vide my order id[protected]a. In which only one item was recieved on 22.05.2025 .Rest of the item did not delevered to me and on the app it was shown that item was delevered on 20.05.2025. Neither i recieved any otp, nor iteme was delevered to me . After making complain after some time it was shown that matter is resolved . Very bad approach from your side. My complain no. Is[protected]. Kindly look into the matter. Total bill amount rs. 1672.01
