Au Financiers — 4 wheeler loan

I get 4 wheeler loan from au small finance bank.. I hv not received my orignal rc from 4-5 months.. And dealer also stop my money say to me its my file charge... No one listening about my complaint. I want my pending money and rc. Plz help if possible otherwise m going to close my current account and saving acount from au small finance bank. Thx alots
