Au Financiers — account closure charges

Dear team,

Myself sumit singhal and i have a salary account in your bank at hanumangarh branch. I want to close these account because now i am doing job in another company and my salary not credited in these account i visited so many times for account close but now your staff told me rule has been changed and now account closure charges totally 120/-. And they not provide me soc or in written for account closure charges.
