As per para 3, states you required the copies of loan statement, but to say that before making such correspondence should get confirmation from your head office or legal cell so that much complications does not arises.

Better should be consulted with mr. Narender singh of your office, who is well aware of it.

Hope not to have such foolish correspondence from your office
