Although they have high rate of interest, that too, they keep on raising on periodic basis, against their worst service, no mode of contact / complaint or reaching out to them is present. They are very bad at customer service. I wanted to reduce the principal amount of the loan, to reduce the interest i have to pay, but they are modern's day sudkhor, sucking every penny out o our pocket, they are not even allowing us to reduce it, as they know, this will impact their pockets. There is no such clause in agreement, that we can't payback earlier then the loan closure date. This is one of the fraud bank, i come to kno, who doesn't have any ethics whatsoever.
