Sir i m harish patil. Customer of au finance bkc branch. I paid my all emi with all dues and late fees. But from rajasthan jaipur branch calling me again and again for pay dues. Every time i gave them receipt and details on phone. But next week again they say same word. I m very get upset from au service. They don't work their work on time and gave customer in trouble. Please do something. Tell them to updates all information on time and send other bank too. Very poor service in my life. I invert fed up to took my vehicle loan from your bank. And one thing i paid my tt insurance 41000. Au updates my 10000 in old account and 31000 in new account. I have 41000 receipt. But they said u have to pay 10000. But why i should pay. U update my first instalment in old loan account that's not my fault. Pls take action
