Authentic Pest Control — Not coming for pest control for the second time even though its in warranty period

Hi, I am harsh shah from pune, bhumkar chowk.I have done pest control from Authentic pest control on 2/8/2015, on bill we have name of robin chaurasia, bill no - 25226 and he has provided guarantee for 6 months but in 2 months again pest have come up and authentic pest control owner is not coming for pest control this time since full payment is paid. Tried calling him several times, he just says tomorrow the guy will come for sure but from past 1 month his tomorrow has not came yet. I told him il complain but still he his not responding and giving some new reasons and out of all that we have tried calling him from 3 mobiles numbers and after that he places our number in defaulter list so that we can't call him anymore and it is creating severe problem to our health.
