We had taken a bedbug treatment with 6 months guarantee from Authentic Pest Control, Pune on 16th July 2016 but within a week of taking the treatment the bedbugs reappeared in the house in Pimple saudagar. We called the agency immediately but did not responded well. we have been calling them everyday with multiple times, every time they give us a new time but none of them ever turned up at my house till now. Now as soon as I call them they immediately disconnect my call and not even ready to talk to me. Even if sometimes they receive the call just because I wont give up they are extremely rude and not provide any service. I am looking forward to this forum to help me deal with this completely unprofessional behavior of agency. Thanks.
