Authorized Service Center Of Maruti Suzuki — Frequent breakdown of car engine

My car Swift VDI Reg. No. MP 43 C 2673 is being regularly serviced and checked at your authorized service centers. The engine of my car was ceased in June 2014 which was attended thereafter by Rukhmini Motors Ujjain. As per your service experts, the problem occurred due to leakage of engine oil. Recently in Aug 15, my car met an accident and was attended & checked thoroughly by Patel motors Ratlam, including engine oil etc. Now in Nov 15, my car suddenly started to make abnormal sound while running. It was seen at patel motors Ratlam and again they are saying that there is an engine breakdown due to oil leakage. My complaint is that when my car is being periodically checked up at your authorized service centers, then how does the engine of the car is getting ceased due to oil leakage in running conditions ? especially when it is not hit by anything. Why such major engine failures are occurring so frequently ? I have been made liable for undue maintenance & repair costs despite of periodic check up.
