I bought a Hottech watch at Kolkata airport. First the piece was given without a charger wire. When this was found and asked, the salesman gave a charger wire. This had a shorter pin and was useless. After 5 days I visited the Ava store at Hyderabad and the sales man replaced the charger wire. I came home and after two days the watch stopped working. When complained the customer care person asked me to collect a replacement from Hyderabad airport. To go to airport and come back I have to spend ₹ 3000. The watch cost is ₹ 1299. Again the CC was contacted. A person asked me to send the watch to the warehouse and gave me an address. I sent it to the address mentioned and the watch came back saying that the address is either incomplete or wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a smart watch in the month of August 2019 from your store at kolkata airport . It's Sim feature is not since purchase. I tried to call but I did not get any response.
