Avak Hitech — Fraud company not received refund

Dear Team,

My name is Ravishankar Kunnath, I had registered myself for AVAK HI TECH company for data entry and paid 6950 for crystal plan on November 15, 2014, they sent me the agreement paper to sign which I have done and sent the scanned copy of the same. On November 21, 2014 they sent me the link to download the project and complete the project and submit it on or before December 13, 2014. They have mentioned that after December 13, 2014 12:00 noon they won't accept the project. They had sent me the samples of the projects as well but in the sample everything was written in English, but when I started the actual project the pages were in English as well as in some other language which were very hard to type as I was unable to understand the language which ultimately would affect the accuracy level. The agreement says if the accuracy goes below 65% then I won't get the payment.

There were 250 pages and I had to complete it in around 25 days. My typing speed is around 50 wpm I started the work but it has taken around 35 minutes to complete per page moreover the other language was very difficult to understand and type, so in this case they have cheated me they never informed me about the other language and the pages images were also not so clear it was blur. It is impossible for a human to complete the project with all these conditions.

I replied them on November 27, 2014 that I want my refund as I am a salaried person and the registration amount which I had paid after doing hell lot of hard work in my company.

I keep on sending the mails every day but they have replied me on December 03, 2014 that the amount cannot be refunded as I have signed the terms and condition.

The terms and condition never says that there will be a different language which I have to type, please give me your email id so that I can send one of the page of the project in which the other language is written which proves my point, actually I have attached one of the page of the project with my complaint.

Please help me to get the refund.
