Done ONLINE PAYMENT/TRANSFER-MERCHANT TRANSACTIONS for the mobile bill using JIO.COM and selecting Avenues India as a Gateway as: Date of transaction 03/10/2022 Amount 234.81 Transaction ID IGAOKIQNG0 The amount was deducted but not credited to beneficiary JIO A/C nor refunded back. Oct 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved INB Avenue could not provide me a trail of money transfers from my account to beneficiary a/c, referred as a merchant a/c. Avenues India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 12, 2022 Updated by self1962 Who was Merchant? Ref ID to ask Merchant for a refund. Pl do needful. Oct 13, 2022 Updated by self1962 complaint marked as resolved has actually not been resolved. My money was cheated by this intermediary in Internet banking transactions.
