Aviva Andheri East Branch — Policy surrender | |||||
Respected Sir, I am Anil Kumar Singh my policy no RSG1452938. I've visited AVIVA Andheri east branch to surrender my policy. The andheri branch staff says that my signature is not matching. They have given me a signature change form. They said to verify it from my bank branch. My bank branch is saying yours signature is correct. So why should i verify the change of signature form. He gave me a letter with bank stamps with my photo and verified my signature. I am submitting signature verified letter with my original policy document and cancelled cheque of the same bank on date 1- 2- 2016 but the andheri branch called me by phone no 42952761 ON Date 2.2.2016 and told me if i didn't submitted the signature change form they will not return my money. My bank says as my signature is correct they will not sign on my signature change verification form. After looking to all this matter please help me At the time of taking cheque they use to come at my home and collect the cheque but when i asked to surrender my policy they are misbehaving in such a manner.I am living in nallasopara city but the nearest branch is andheri so the fare is also too much for me.Till now i have gone for 4 times to the same branch. And now i am not going anymore the AVIVA staff should themselve come and settle down the matter and experience the journey which is just terrible. Suppose i am death what will the company pay to my family?? And if i would have lost my hand in any accident then how would i must have signed then how would they return my money I have payed you money from the same account debited date 5- 2- 2007 cheque no 664484 amount 18000 next[protected] cheque no 272160 amount 18000 next 5-3-2009 cheque no 216635 amount 18000 which is total 54000 in three years.
